How to prepare the bottle ?
Carefully clean, then sterilize bottles, lids, nipples, and other equipment by boiling in an open pan of water for 2 minutes. Allow them to air dry and cool. To prepare formula, boil tap or bottled water for 2 minutes, and allow to cool. For optimal mixing, the water can be lukewarm (40°C/104°F maximum) before the powder is added.
Fill the scoop included in the tin with powder, and use the edge of the tin to level if off.
Add the correct number of level scoops of powder to the boiled and cooled water, according to the following proportion: 1 scoop per 30 ml of water.
Close the bottle, roll it back and forth in your hands, and shake vigorously to help dissolve the contents. Before giving your baby the bottle, make sure to test the temperature of the prepared formula by putting a few drops on the inside of your wrist.
